Customer Service Awards for CHEP and LeanLogistics

ATLANTA and HOLLAND, Mich. – April 10, 2013 – CHEP USA and its sister company LeanLogistics were recognized by the seventh annual Stevie® Awards for Sales & Customer Service at a recent gala banquet in Las Vegas:

  • CHEP USA received Silver Stevie Awards for Customer Service Department of the Year: Airlines, Distribution & Transportation and Contact Center of the Year (up to 100 seats); and 
  • LeanLogistics received a Bronze Stevie Award for Customer Service Department of the Year - Airlines, Distribution & Transportation.

The Seventh Annual Stevie Awards mark the second industry recognition CHEP USA Customer Care Center (CCC) has received for outstanding customer service. In 2012, the CHEP USA CCC was recognized as one of two finalists for Best Performing (Small/Mid Size) Call Center Award by Service Quality Management (SQM), an international research firm that benchmarks contact center effectiveness.
